Trading fees fill a pot. When it is full we buy a RAM-packed server, rack it in a colocation centre and rent it out. Holders at the snapshots own it and claim the rent.

How it works
The full loop, from one trade to rent landing in your wallet.
trades on Meteora with a 2.5% fee. Meteora keeps 0.5%. The bot claims the other 2% every hour: 75% of it is swapped to USDC for the pot of the server being funded, and 25% runs the project.
We read every holder's balance every 10 minutes. At 00, 03, 06, 09, 12, 15, 18 and 21 UTC the fees of those 3 hours are credited to holders by their average bag, so buying a minute before only counts for a minute. Pools and team wallets are left out.
When the pot reaches the server's price, the owner list locks at that snapshot. Your share equals your points over all points. It never changes after that, even if you sell, and its fingerprint is published so anyone can check it.
We buy the server, ship it to a colocation centre and rent it out. Your share is shown in RAM: 1% of a 2 TB server is 20.48 GB.
Net rent after colo, power and a repair reserve is paid weekly in USDC or SOL. Anything over $20 is sent to you automatically; press Claim for the rest any time.
No. Once a server's owner list locks, your share is yours. Selling only stops you earning points on the next server.
In third-party colocation centres. Each server page lists the site, rack slot, serial number and invoice.
A leasing partner rents each server out to AI and compute customers who need lots of memory. Until a lease is signed, the rent shown for a server is our estimate and is marked as one.
Each pot is the price of a real listing for that server, plus drives, rails, shipping, the first 3 months of colo and a repair reserve. The pot links the listing it was priced from.
A share of rent goes to a repair reserve. If a server is retired, its sale price is split by the same owner list.
